Fulvio Raddi, Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow and second-year PhD student in Cybernetics and Statistics at UBB FSEGA, took part in the 8th annual COMPTEXT Conference, held at the University of Birmingham between 23–25 April 2026, where he presented joint research developed together with his supervisor, Codruta Mare.
COMPTEXT is one of the leading international conferences dedicated to computational text analysis, bringing together researchers working at the intersection of social sciences, data science, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing. The conference is widely recognized as a key forum for scholars advancing innovative methods and applications in text analysis, making participation particularly prestigious for researchers in the field.
In recognition of the quality and relevance of his work, Fulvio was also awarded a travel grant generously offered by the Comptext Association.
His participation reflects the strong international engagement fostered by the MSCA Digital Finance network and UBB FSEGA | Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, which he proudly represented throughout the conference.
