Today, September 25, 2026, the Doctoral School of Communication, Public Relations and Advertising at FSPAC, Babeș-Bolyai University, celebrates the successful public defense of the PhD thesis of Marius Mauer.
His doctoral thesis, „Dincolo de etichetă: percepțiile, efectele și eficiența intervențiilor privind imaginile retușate pe Instagram” (Beyond the Label: Perceptions, Effects, and Effectiveness of Interventions Regarding Retouched Images on Instagram), addresses a highly relevant topic at the intersection of digital communication, social media, and the effects of retouched visual content.
