On September 27, 2024, Oana Rațiu successfully defended her PhD dissertation on the construction and social relevance of personal branding at the Doctoral School of Communication, PR & Advertising, within the Faculty of Political, Administrative, and Communication Sciences (FSPAC), Babeș-Bolyai University (UBB). Supervised by Prof. Dr. Cosmin Irimieș, Rațiu’s research delved into the processes involved in building personal brands and their significance in contemporary society. Her work offers fresh perspectives on how personal branding shapes both individual identity and societal interactions, marking a noteworthy contribution to the field of communication science.
