The North-West Regional Centre for Career Guidance of Researchers (UBB-CORE) is a European funded project dedicated to providing high quality career guidance services for researchers and promoting the field of research among students, doctoral students, researchers, teachers, and society at large.
The UBB-CORE Centre runs the PLS Training course with the participation of Professor Radu Ioan Boț, PhD, Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Vienna, who will provide research expertise in the hard and natural sciences.
PLS Training runs from 15-20 February 2024 at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in room 120. The programme schedules activities on 15-16 February and 19-20 February, starting at 10:00. (Thursday-Friday (15-16 Feb) 10:00-13:00 Lecture, 13:00-14:00 Lunch break, 14:00-17:00 Lecture; Monday (19 Feb) 10:00-13:00 Lecture, 13:00-14:00 Lunch break, 14:00-17:00 Lecture; Tuesday (20 Feb) 10:00-12:00 Lecture).
The course is mainly intended for doctoral students, post-docs, researchers and early career teachers. All participants will receive a certificate of participation/attendance at the end of the course.
