The Romanian French Institute and the Central and Eastern Europe Division of the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (Association of Francophone Universities) are hosting the sixth edition of the “Ma thèse en 180 secondes” (My dissertation in 180 seconds) competition.
The competition provides an opportunity for doctoral students and young scholars to introduce their research topics in accessible language, in French, to a diverse and non-initiated audience in just three minutes.
The competition is open to students enrolled in a doctoral programme in the 2022-2023 academic year or those who have recently defended their thesis in a Romanian higher education institution. There must be a maximum of 12 months separating the public defence date and the international final date of the competition in October 2023.
Applications are open until 10 June 2023 (included). More details on the competition and the application process are available on the AUF website: https://www.auf.org/nouvelles/appels-a-candidatures/concours-ma-en-180-secondes-en-roumanie-appel-participation/.
