The Doctoral School Communication, Public Relations, and Advertising from the Faculty of Political, Administrative, and Communication Science hosted a data analysis workshop on multilevel modeling on April 26-28, 2023. Our special guest was Dr. Bene Marton from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences Excellence Center. Ph.D. students, members of the advisory committees, and Ph.D. coordinators had the opportunity to learn innovative methodological approaches. Given that social media analysis is one of the favorite topics of our Ph.D. students, participants found the workshop highly relevant and engaged in dialogue with Dr. Bene, who discussed several interesting examples from his research. The workshop was also an opportunity to talk about new research ideas. Moreover, Dr. Bene Marton is one of the leading members of the DigiWorld network, an international project aiming to investigate political campaigning on social media. Prof. Dr. Delia Balaban, Assoc. Prof. Meda Mucundorfeanu and Dr. Mihnea Stoica are also members of the DigiWorld network.
