Fellowships are open to doctoral students of Babeș-Bolyai University, Mihai Viteazul National Academy of Intelligence, Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu and the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca, who, as of October 2022, are doctoral students in their final year*, as well as to postdoctoral researchers who are conducting their research in a field of intelligent specialisation, according to the SNCDI, and who wish to carry out research in association with research institutions or economic agents.
Benefits:
· Scholarship of €400 for doctoral students and €600 for postdoctoral researchers
· Participation in applied research programmes in collaboration with relevant entities in the field
· Applied research internships with an economic agent or another institution in the field of research, assisted by a mentor for 12 months
· Free access to a modern research infrastructure
· The opportunity to participate in transversal skills training modules
· Assistance in valorising research through publications and participation in scientific events
· Networking with relevant institutional partners in the smart specialisation fields
· A 4000 lei prize for the completion of the doctoral and postdoctoral programmes by 30 October 2023
