Paul Lung represented the Doctoral School of Communication, PR and Advertising from FSPAC at the 2025 ECREA Children and Youth Conference, held in Seville, Spain, between 19 and 21 November.
During the event, he delivered a presentation with the titel Adolescents, AI- Generated Influencers and Unrealistic Body Images showcasing research carried out together with Assoc. Prof. Meda Mucundorfeanu PhD and Prof. Delia Cristina Balaban PhD, highlighting current directions in youth communication studies. The conference brought together scholars from across Europe to discuss emerging perspectives on children’s and adolescents’ grnerative artificial intelligence use, making it a fitting stage for sharing the team’s recent findings.
His participation contributed to the visibility of the Doctoral School’s work within the international academic community and supported ongoing dialogue around contemporary issues affecting young audiences.
