Mr. Silvestru-Iulian Calinciuc, a third-year Ph.D. candidate at the Doctoral School of Communication, Public Relations, and Advertising of Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, participated with the presentations entitled “Barriers to International Communication for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Persons in the Context of Migrants and Refugees” at the Twelfth Edition of the Conference “Migration Dynamics and New Trends in European (In)Security” held on November 23–24, 2025, at the Faculty of History and Philosophy, Cluj-Napoca.
