Bianca Andrianu, former PhD student at the School of Public Administration and Policy, currently a faculty member in the Department of Public Administration and Management, attended the annual NISPAcee conference in Bratislava, where she received the Mzia Mikeladze Award from NISPAcee for the best doctoral thesis on the topic of public administration reform in Romania in the context of institutional resilience. Bianca defended her doctoral thesis in 2023 under the supervision of Professor Călin Hintea, and she continues to be interested in research topics such as resilience and organizational agility, governance in turbulent times, and public sector reform.
