Daria Ioana STOIA, a second-year PhD student at the Faculty of Physics, won the Excellence Scholarship (Bourse France Excellence Roumanie) awarded by the French government in 2024.

Daria Ioana STOIA, a second-year PhD student at the Faculty of Physics, participated with a poster presentation, Gold nanoparticle-mediated direct detection of unmodified DNA via surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy: assessing reproducibility and conformational changes at the international conference Single-Molecule Sensors and NanoSystems, held from October 28–30, 2024, in Paris, France.

Daria Ioana STOIA, a second-year PhD student at the Faculty of Physics, participated with a poster presentation, entitled Dual-mode DNA detection and hybridization using gold nanoparticles: integrating label-free SERS and MEF to evaluate conformational changes at SPIE Photonics West, the largest and most prestigious international photonics conference, held in San Francisco, California, United States.

Daria Ioana STOIA, a second-year PhD student at the Faculty of Physics, participated with a poster presentation, Advancing Biotechnology: Exploring DNA-Surface Interactions via Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectrscopy at The 10th Regional Biophysics Conference and attended The 15th Greta Pifat-Mrzijak International School of Biophysics, held from August 26–30, 2024, in Split, Croatia.
