On September 27, 2024, Emil Mesaros successfully defended his PhD dissertation on the topic of Advocacy for Public Policy in Romania at the Doctoral School of Communication, PR & Advertising, within the Faculty of Political, Administrative, and Communication Sciences (FSPAC), Babeș-Bolyai University (UBB). His research, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Cosmin Irimieş, explored the role and impact of advocacy in shaping public policies in Romania, providing valuable insights for both scholars and practitioners in the field.
