A group of 8 PhD students from the Doctoral School of Administration and Public Policy, FSPAC, Babes-Bolyai University (BBU), together with professors from FSPAC, are participating these days (23-25 of May, 2024) in Tbilisi, Georgia, to the 32nd NISPAcee Annual Conference at the conference about Public Administration in post-conflict reconstruction.
NISPAcee is an academic association, established in 1994, and it contribute to the improvement of teaching and research in the field of public administration and public policy throw some activities such as: annual conferences, research programs and working groups, publications, summers schools, training programs, study tours and other similar activities.
Our doctoral students have presentations on different topics such as: organizational culture and success in pre-university institutions in Romania; municipal cooperations within the North-West region of Romania; public policies concerning the birth rate among minor girls in Romania; Green public procurement criteria through sectorial legislation; women leadership in the-nongovernmental sector – a comparative study – Romania and the Republic of Moldova; national security personnel management – case study – the impact of personnel quality of life on the personnel management of the ministry of national defense; ways to involve citizens in the decision making process – the case of rural communities of the North Western Region from Romania; a comparative systematic review of indirect forms of gender discrimination from Romania and Denmark among higher education employees; case study on information vulnerabilities in the context of public sector digitalization.
