The STAR-UBB Institute opens in 2023 several positions for Doctoral Advanced Fellowships.
Eligibility criteria:
- UBB doctoral students, who conduct, within the framework of their individual doctoral training programmes, RDI activities that are in line with the scientific topics and development lines pursued within the STAR-UBB-N Network[1] under the guidance of the scientific coordinators of the project implementation team, within the framework of the six Science Schools and with an emphasis on interdisciplinarity and integration of the various components of the STAR-UBB-N Network;
- Doctoral students must be enrolled in the third cycle of graduate studies at UBB during the month of August 2023;

| Running period of each fellowship: | Maximum 2 months from March to August 2023 |
| Allowance per fellowship/month: | 3000 lei as monthly scholarship – payment will be made in the month following the activity performed |

| The implementation of the project within the Doctoral Advanced Fellowship Programme at UBB requires each recipient to: deliver under the aegis of the STAR-UBB-N network at least one (online/on-site) presentation of the project submitted in the competition within the framework of dissemination sessions organised in the six STAR-UBB-N academic science centres, in collaboration with the coordinators of the network centres;write and submit for publication at least one scientific paper in collaboration with an academic/researcher from STAR-UBB-N, on multi- and transdisciplinary scientific research topics of relevance to the STAR-UBB-N network/ UBB Academic Science Schools/ STAR-UBB Institute in WoS/Scopus/Erih+ indexed journals/proceedings. The deadline for submitting the draft paper is August 2023;ensure that any publication/output produced (including conferences/scientific disseminations/scientific seminars/workshops and doctoral dissertation) and reported as a result of the activities funded by the Postdoctoral Advanced Fellowship-UBB programme will mention the name of the funder (Babeș-Bolyai University) and the funding contract details (nr.21PFE/ 30.12.2021, ID: PFE-550-UBB)submit at the end of each month an activity report indicating the status of the project implementation, endorsed by the UBB supervisor; Following the completion of the project activities – online or on-site – the beneficiaries of the Doctoral Advanced Fellowship programme will be granted the status of UBB Fellow with a minimum 6-month affiliation (February-August 2023) and a confirmation certificate. |
